What is included in the price
The price includes automatic updates needed to support the product working with latest versions of WordPress and adding new options and functionalities according the latest changes at the social networks features.
Free support is provided one year after the activation of the product. If you need support help after that period, the price is half of the value of the license you have been purchased.
We provide refund 30 day after the purchase of the product. After that period refund can’t be asked.
We provide refund in cases that the application don’t work as it is declared at the description of the product and the support help can’t resolve that issue.
Refund request will NOT be approved if the client refuses to assist the support process.
In most of the complicated issues to resolve them we need live pages or temporary WordPress access. We guarantee confidentiality and full protection of provided credentials and of content that we have access to. All the credentials are stored till the issue of the customer is resolved. After that period we don’t keep that kind of data.
So if the customer refuses to provide live page or temporary WordPress access with the access level it is needed the issue to be analyzed and fixed and that is the reason the problem to be unsolved, refund request will NOT be approved.
Refund will NOT be approved also in case that there are issues at the product work related with not following the WordPress standards of coding. If the theme you use or any other active plugin prevents the proper work of ESSB, refund request will not be approved.
Refund will NOT be approved if the client just don’t like the product and don’t want to use it and there is no technical reason for that. We have live demo pages for all our applications and add-ons, where the customer can examine the main features and functionalities. Also we are opened for pre-sale questions and answer them in short time – not more that 24 hours of the asking.
